Last night was my first night at Minia's, and I've decided to call it "the night that I got to know the oven." Nearly everything I made was overdone. Convection ovens can be tricky, and the oven appears to have spots that are hotter than others. I was so disappointed to have my first night come out so poorly. The good news is that there was an order for banana bread, and it was the one thing that came out fabulous.
I work at the counter on Friday, so I'll give it another whirl on Sunday night. I'll let you know how it goes.
