I won't report about every night of work, I promise. It's just so new and fun right now, and I had a smooth, perfect night tonight. I baked a blueberry cobbler, blueberry crumb cake, more banana nut bread, banana nut muffins, chocolate chip muffins and finished off the tray with a couple of apple cinnamon muffins (apple cinnamon was made with batter that was already prepared.) I also baked four loaves of challah bread. They seemed a bit dense, but still beautiful. Some might say they were just like me. (LOL) I love this job!
I'd better get to bed. Lewis' alarm just went off and Sam will be up and getting ready for school in an hour and a half. :o)
